If you sign up using Google authentication, we receive your name and email from Google. When you subscribe to a paid plan, our third-party payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment card details, billing address, and related financial information. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. When you use our Services, you may upload product images, brand assets, logos, and other content related to your products or business. When you contact us for support, we collect the content of your messages, your email address, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect certain information including usage data such as the features you use, the ads you create or replicate, the time and duration of your sessions, and referring URLs. We also collect device information including your hardware model, operating system, browser type, IP address, and unique device identifiers. We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services you connect to your ReplicAds account, including Google authentication, and from publicly available sources.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; process transactions and send related information including purchase confirmations and invoices; generate AI-powered ad creatives based on your uploaded product information and selected templates; send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages; respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests; monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities related to our Services; detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities; personalize and improve your experience; and send you marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.

3. How Our AI Uses Your Data

ReplicAds uses artificial intelligence to generate ad creatives. When you use our AI features, your uploaded product images and brand information are processed by our AI systems, including third-party AI services such as Google Gemini and Nano Banana Pro, to generate ad creatives. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. We do not use your uploaded images, brand assets, or generated ad creatives to train our AI models without your explicit consent. Your generated ad creatives are stored in your account and are not shared with other users unless you choose to share them.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as Stripe for payment processing, Google for authentication, Replit for hosting infrastructure, and analytics providers. We share product images and related content with our AI processing partners solely for the purpose of generating your ad creatives. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. In connection with any merger, sale, or transfer of company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We may also share your information with your consent or at your direction. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Uploaded product images and generated ad creatives are stored in your account and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access and update your account information at any time through your account settings. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us at corey@replicads.ai, and we will process your request within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
